Located minutes from Downtown Lynchburg. The Bella duplex features 2 units with separate entrance and access with ample separate outdoor space for both units. The redesign process sought to keep the integrity of the initial architectural design of the property while bring a touch of modern. We are pleased with the final design and are excited for new tenants enjoying the new space.
Cris - The Smart Tiny House Project
The Smart Tiny House Project is one of our favorite projects to work. During our design process our team enjoyed the creativity to save space while making sure to keep the integrity of the 2-bedroom residence. The property is conveniently located with minutes from downtown and the Hollins Mill Park waterfall. The large outdoor space in the back is an oasis to enjoy through every season. The serenity in the backyard calls for a refreshing and relaxing experience.

Dani - A Single Family Residence
Dani, a single family residence, features 1206 sq ft within minutes from the Lynchburg Stadium and Liberty University. 2 spacious bedrooms on the upper lever and a cozy bathroom have been designed carefully to keep the structural features of the property. The high ceilings and tall windows allow ample natural lights in each room. The garden in the backyard is one of our favorite features. The serene atmosphere is a worthy residence with amenities that only seek to make any stay easier.
